Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid Analytics Cyber educational programs and cohort seats invoiced after an off-site enrollment agreement. This website does not process payments; refunds are handled against confirmed invoices only.

2. Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the invoice payment date if you have not downloaded more than one module packet and have not used written mentoring feedback slots. After substantial content access or mentoring use, eligibility shifts to partial or no refund as described below.

3. Timeframe to request

Refund requests must be emailed to info@analytics-cyber.digital within 14 days of payment for full-refund consideration, or within 30 days for partial-refund review where allowed.

4. Full and partial refunds

• Full refund — unused access within 14 days meeting eligibility above.
• Partial refund (50%) — may apply between day 15 and day 30 if fewer than half of modules were opened and no mentoring feedback was delivered.
• No refund — after day 30, after mentoring feedback is delivered, or after Council Circle live sessions have begun for your seat.

5. Non-refundable items

Custom document reviews beyond included mentoring slots, third-party software licences, and courier or bank fees charged by your institution are non-refundable.

6. Refund process

Email info@analytics-cyber.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason for the request. We may ask which modules you accessed. Approved refunds are confirmed in writing.

7. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible. If that method is unavailable, we will arrange a bank transfer to an account you nominate in writing.

8. Cancellation by Analytics Cyber

If we cancel a cohort before it starts, you receive a full refund or a transfer to a later cohort at your choice. If we discontinue a self-paced product while your access window remains, we will offer a pro-rata refund for unused months or substitute access of comparable value.

9. Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under German or EU law remain unaffected. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may delay resolution; please write to us before escalating payment disputes.
